Rocco Siffredi (* 4. Mai 1964 in Ortona, Italien) ist ein italienischer Pornodarsteller. Seinen Nachnamen änderte Rocco aus Rücksicht auf seine Brüder. Der Name stammt angeblich aus dem Film Borsalino (1970), in dem Alain Delon Roch Siffredi spielt. Rocco wird aufgrund seiner Penisgröße auch Italian Stallion (Italienischer Hengst) genannt.

Rocco startete seine Filmkarriere in Frankreich.

Im Dezember 1990 ist Rocco das Playgirl-Centerfold.

Rocco spielte in einem umstrittenen Werbespot für Amica Chips mit, der schließlich aus dem Programm genommen wurde. Er Gewann siebenmal den AVN-Award für den besten ausländischen männlichen Darsteller. Zwischen 2011 bis 2016 gleich sechsmal hintereinander.

Rocco ist leidenschaftlicher Modellhubschrauber-Pilot.
